timber framing is easily constructed, especially in such a case where it dosn't need to be load bearing , but only to act as a partion
by using such a common versatile materila such interior walls may me moved pulled out or expaned as needed making them much more versatile
Plaster fill or grout has been used to cover up bracing attachment evidence
after the bracing is removed it is common practise to fill in and faults in the concrete surface as preperation for painting of other finishing process
